To all my ladies: When I had my second baby, I started to use cloth diapers for her, and that had me questioning, “what I can use to reduce plastic?” The reusable pad we came up and that was the best choice I ever made to save money and produce less plastic. I am 34 years old, wearing size S clothes and having heavy flow so the set of 10 is work perfect for me. If you are 40 or older the medium size could be perfect for you. Or mix between L and M, according to your flow.

USE: Gently hand wash cold before using to help the blood go through the first layer. The soft brown/grey fabric part goes against the skin. During the day, you can put the pad further to the front, and at night the pad should be longer in the back. Make sure you have good-fitting underwear (not too tight and not too loose). For day 1 and 2 of my period I change every 2 hours, in the 3rd and 4th day I change every 3 to 5 hours, so 10 Pads just perfect.

Care: Hand wash or Machine wash, but dry under the sun. Gently hand wash with detergent to get rid of the blood before putting in the washing machine with other clothes.  I also recommend to get a new set after a year.

Like underwear, this product is very personal and there are no returns.
